    This is a beautiful book It is written and illustrated with love respect and vast knowledge but sadly most of the recipes really aren't feasible in a domestic kitchen for those not infused in the ways of Ethiopian cuisine It is a brave and ambitious cook who will take these recipes on and unfortunately I am not that cook Regretfu

    This is than just a recipe book it’s an education and a journey to EthiopiaBeautifully presented I very much appreciate the recipe photos as I need to see what the dish SHOULD look like LOL I also love the Ethiopian history culture and the traditions that are included thought out the book There are lots of details added around each dish I will hand this book down to my Ethiopian daughter I can’t recommend this book enough
